I called in the AM, was given a same day appointment between 8-10AM. Gary. The technician called to tell me he was on his way, showing up promptly at 8AM. He explained the options and promptly went to work after a decision was made. Gary was professional, friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. The interaction was seamless from beginning to end, I highly recommend Precision Door.

Rudy Vallejos was our tech. He arrived earlier than expected -- and that's good. He was very professional, told me what was wrong, gave me several options, and proceeded. He was not hard sell which I appreciated. He was honest. He finished in record time. I would definitely ask for him again (although I hope not soon)! The fact that you are 24/7 was a definite plus. He did a complete overhaul and explained to me the benefits of doing that. Rudy's a keeper.

Mr. Gary Lang replaced a new garage door opener among other items. He also fixed the code in our Buick to use the opener. Gary was very professional, polite and very knowledge in his job. The spring on my garage door broke on a Friday and I was unable to open my garage door and my car was inside the garage! I asked my boyfriend to call around and he stated no one was open on the weekend. Frustrated on Sunday I looked online and found Precision and called. They had a technician out within two hours who fixed my door within an hour!! He was very nice and thorough. I highly recommend Precision, they are fast and do great work!

I had called another company before I called yours and they promised to call me back shortly....That was 4 hours ago and still no call. When I didn't receive a call within 15 minutes I called you. You were prompt and professional, and I received a call from Gary within 15 minutes and within another 10 minutes he was here. He was professional, courteous, and wasted no time in fixing the spring on the door to PRECISION and explaining all that he did to my complete satisfaction. And I felt that for an emergency repair on a holiday weekend, the cost was very reasonable. I will use only your company in the future and I am already referring friends and family to Precision. After researching online and in the local phone book it was clear to me that Precision was who I wanted to use to repair my garage door opener. I was very impressed by the feature in the ads that introduced the service techs and included photos. It gave me a sense of being able to trust the tech who would be coming to my home and it told me that the company values providing true customer service. As a woman who lives alone, like a number of my friends and neighbors, it is always a bit uncomfortable to have a stranger coming into my home. Especially with out having any history with the company. I felt comfortable about having Rudy come to my house and even more so after I met him in person. Rudy was friendly, professional and expedient in getting the repair done. I give 5++ Stars for both Precision as a business and Rudy as the Tech. Thank you!! I will be recommending you to everyone.

When our garage door opener went out, my wife saw a Precision truck driving on the road and we made a call. We purchased a new door opener first and we were fortunate to have Will as our technician. He was fantastic and exceeded every expectation so when our springs went out just 24 hours later, we of course requested Will and were happy to become a repeat Precision customer! I googled and found this website. I liked the layout and all the reviews posted for individual technicians. Our tech was Gary, and he arrived early, inspected our aging garage door opener, and recommended two alternatives for fixing the problem. We chose one, and after about an hour of work, it was done. He explained all the bells and whistles in detail. So far it works beautifully. Gary himself is an engaging, extroverted young man who inspires confidence. Good experience.

One word, Terrible! The technician said I needed to replace the entire motor/operator at $600 when all I needed was a $35 part. Another company fixed it for $75.

First, let me say I'm glad you got your opener fixed. Our technician diagnosed your issue and the part had failed on your opener rail is one we do not carry. Our technician suggested you could get the part you required the retail chain store where the opener was likely purchased. The opener you had repaired is an inexpensive, low quality opener so the other option our technician offered to you was to replace the your current opener with our belt driven, DC powered motor. You did not choose to replace your opener but at no time did our technician say your current opener could not be repaired. Should the fix you made not last, please feel free to give us a call.
