I called Precision Friday afternoon and Rudy, the technician was at my house by 4:30! After inspecting the door, he knew what the problem with my garage door not closing, didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, was very honest and I will definitely call Precision when needed in the future. We do offer an annual lube/tune special to our current customers which lubricates all the moving parts of your door and opener and checks 25 safety points of your door to pro-actively check for and diagnose any issues that might be there. All of the company employees with whom I had contact were nice, courteous people who worked to see that I was able to have the garage door I needed ordered and installed. The 2 men who installed the door worked quickly and cleaned up the work area before they left. They also made sure I understood the workings of my new door before leaving. Fantastic customer experience! We called this morning and got an appointment for this afternoon. Rudy was early and called to see if that was okay. He came and explained our options thoroughly to us; we decided on the spot and he had our new (and amazingly quiet and smooth) garage door opener installed in 30 minutes. After a great tutorial on the system, we were up and running. Rudy was friendly, thoughtful and very knowledgeable.
