Came home to a garage door that would not open. When I called for an appointment I was told a technician would be dispatched between 4 and 6pm. A few minutes later, shortly after 3pm, I was called by the tech who asked if he could come right away. He arrived at about 3:15 pm and the entire job was completed in under an hour. Both springs, all bearings and door rollers were replaced. He even lubricated the opener screw. I was pleased with the quick response and the efficient service and would recommend Precision to anyone needing a quick response and great service.

Very professional installation of my garage door. Everything was explained to us on the door operation, and codes, even programed my car to the door. Also cleaned up after the door was installed. Fast service and friendly but very pricy!! I only had one broken spring. I was in a hurry and wanted to get my garage door fixed. The technician quoted me several different figures and warranties. He noted that there would be no warranties to just replace the broken spring. I selected the service which he called “life time warranty” for parts and repairs which included 2 springs, rollers and couple of other parts that the technician said that he needed to do the job. It ended up costing $620.00! Was it worth it? Time will tell.
