Hello! My name is Tony Acker. I am a proud lifelong citizen of Albuquerque, NM. I completed my Automotive Technology diploma with WyoTech in Laramie, Wyoming and went on to spend 8 years in the automotive industry, restoring and building high-performance classic cars in Austin, Texas, and Albuquerque. Restoring a classic car from the ground up instilled in me, attention to detail, the value of quality products, and excellence in craftsmanship. Precision offers the same quality and craftsmanship in all its parts and services and I’m excited to be a part of the team. To quote Henry Ford, quality means doing it right when no one is looking. Technician(Tony) was very pleasant and professional. Did complete inspection. Replaced worn out safety eye and replaced lightbulbs with those designed for a garage door. No problems since. Would definitely use again. Some years back they replaced my garage door and service was just as efficient and pleasant.

Your tech was on time and evaluated the problem quickly. He gave me some options to solve the problem. He installed the new door opener and then gave some brief instructions on the functioning of the new opener. The tech also tuned up the door. Good job!
