Gary came out and installed a new keypad, a new automatic garage door for the third stall and a new mechanism for the existing double garage door. He was early, gave a fair quote and did the work in the same afternoon. He was very personable and respectful.

Quick and reliable service. I called on Thursday evening, and the technician was at my house Friday morning. He gave me two options for fixing or replacing the opener. He was able to complete the repair on one door and lube the other door in less than 1.5 hours.

I choose Precision because of the reviews and the overall 5 star ratings. I will also give Precision a 5 star rating. Ryan arrived at the appointed time, actually a little early. He was friendly and professional and repaired my broken door spring quickly. I will recommend Precision Door to anyone I know that needs repair or garage door replacement.

One of the extension springs on my door failed (broke and launched itself across the garage!) and a repair was needed fast. Found Precision on "Google" and called the following day. Gary showed up exactly on time (he called 15 minutes beforehand), assessed the situation and offered a couple of different solutions. We opted for the Torsion Spring Upgrade, which replaced virtually all the moving parts, and included their outstanding warranty. The repairs were done in less than an hour and we now have the quietest and smoothest operating door ever. Gary was throughly professional throughout, and a joy to talk with. He explained everything and answered all our questions. We will absolutely call again when we are ready for our next garage door work. (We are going to add a second door and opener sometime in the near future.) Jim Augeri Albuquerque, NM

Lorenzo called and asked if he could come early to the appointment, and of course I said yes. I showed him the noise the unit was making. He put some lubricant on the belt, which helped. He tightened the belt, and that eliminated the noise completely. It is now operating like new. Lorenzo got the job done quickly and professionally.

Lorenzo Herrera did the work at my house and he did an excellent job. He left me his card with his phone no. on it and just after he left I discovered that something was not working right, so I called him and he turned around immediately and came back and corrected it. I had to leave to go to a meeting and so I left him there alone and was not concerned at all. The garage door has worked perfectly.

Garage door was having problems. After checking it out found a broken spring. Called Precision on Monday morning to set up an appointment. They said they would have someone here between 2 and 4pm on the same day. Well the tech called back before noon and advised he finished early and if OK would be here earlier. 30 minutes after call he was on site. After explaining the options available he was done in about an hour. Fast, Clean and Friendly. Would I call them again... YES. Tech knew what he was doing and would answer questions in a very professional manner.

Gary Lang was my tech today, and without any hesitation, I can say, the work completed by Gary was the most complete and satisfactory. Windsor Door had attempted on 4 occasions to repair the door, Gary did his analysis, explained his approach, and went to work. I've used Precision before, and will highly recommend your service.
