My only complaint is the price and yes I understand the replacement of the quality parts and life time guarantee. Only time will tell whether this was worth the price. Instead of trying to sell me a product he showed me what was wrong with my garage door opener. It was necessary for my garage door opener to be replaced. Lorenzo explained my options and left the decision to me. In the end I decided to use your product in my home. Lorenzo worked diligently and had the equipment installed immediately. I would rate this service at 4.5 stars because apparently the office person taking the call failed to inform the technician that I needed a rodent guard installed ( I explained to her that I needed the weather stripping on the bottom of the garage door to be "mouse proof") and she quoted an incorrect price. As a result, a technician came without appropriate material and had to reschedule service for next day. Both technicians ware excellent: called half an hour before showing up, came exactly on time, did the job quickly and left me confident that it was well done

Absolutely, over-the-top FIVE STAR rating! Gary Lang, a tremendous technician, called and said he could come an hour ahead of appointment ... tremendous! When he arrived he quickly diagnosed our garage door was on its last springs and rollers. He performed all repairs efficiently and quickly, fine-tuned our controllers, got our two in-car controllers working, as well as external key pads. WOW! What great service! Thanks, Gary ... you are tremendous!

I can't thank Ryan and Precision for fixing our garage door on February 1, 2016. My wife and I faced quiet the dilemna when our garage door would not open and we could not budge it to get our cars out. We called Precisions 24-hour phone number, talked to an actual human being at 9:00 PM on Sunday night, and got an appointment for the next day. Ryan called before he came and showed up right on time. He immediately diagnosed the problem of a broken spring. We could not open the door and since our vehicles were in the garage, Ryan had to work around them but in the end, he fixed the problem quickly. Prior to working on the project, he explained the situation, told me what he needed to do, and gave me a reasonable price quote. The cost was incredibly affordable considering the amount of work involved to replace the broken spring. Ryan was very personable and treated our home and garage with the utmost of respect. I will definitely recommend Precision and use them again should our garage door need servicing again. I'm glad they are here.

Did a good job repairing the door and explaining what he did and replacing frayed cables, showing me the old ones. I could not find the warranty on the original door but he told me to call the office if I did find it in case any part of the repair was covered by the warranty.

The job was done good by Rudy. Rudy's work is 5 star! I gave 4 star is because of the warranty time. When I called and was told a limited life time warranty, but the receipt was issued that just 90 days warranty for the parts and labor. It's a tremendous difference. Is that true?

I want to thank you for the feedback – it gave me an opportunity to review the “Good, Better, Best” estimate that was put together for you by Rudy. Rudy outlined three (3) options during his visit and you selected the Good option which did include a 90-day warranty. The Better option included a 1-year warranty and the Best option included the Limited Lifetime warranty. The reason for the difference in warranty is due to the parts being replaced, or not replaced, and the impact they will have on the overall performance of the door. Unexpectedly, I found myself in a serious situation after discovering I was trapped inside of my garage and couldn't even open the door manually! A family friend had recently had some work done on their garage door and the quality/appearance of it was so nice, I asked for a recommendation and she gave me the contact info for Precision. Having scheduled replacement of two doors over a period of a few weeks, Craig, Ryan, Ruben and Tyler were exceptional life-savers! Their expertise and customer-oriented professionalism was amazing. Our technician, Ryan, was on time, very courteous, and knowledgeable. He immediately figured out the problem and said "Oh, that's an easy fix." He inspected, adjusted, and lubricated everything and had it back to working quickly. When asked about a (non-essential) part, he recommended we buy and install it ourselves to save money. He recommended regular inspection/maintenance we should do to prolong the life of the opener and was knowledgeable about life spans of openers and springs. Being an East Mountain neighbor, he was also familiar with the unique conditions in this area that could affect our door. We will definitely call Precision for future needs!
