One of the extension springs on my door failed (broke and launched itself across the garage!) and a repair was needed fast. Found Precision on "Google" and called the following day. Gary showed up exactly on time (he called 15 minutes beforehand), assessed the situation and offered a couple of different solutions. We opted for the Torsion Spring Upgrade, which replaced virtually all the moving parts, and included their outstanding warranty. The repairs were done in less than an hour and we now have the quietest and smoothest operating door ever. Gary was throughly professional throughout, and a joy to talk with. He explained everything and answered all our questions. We will absolutely call again when we are ready for our next garage door work. Lorenzo called and asked if he could come early to the appointment, and of course I said yes. I showed him the noise the unit was making. He put some lubricant on the belt, which helped. He tightened the belt, and that eliminated the noise completely. It is now operating like new. Lorenzo got the job done quickly and professionally.

He left me his card with his phone no. on it and just after he left I discovered that something was not working right, so I called him and he turned around immediately and came back and corrected it. I had to leave to go to a meeting and so I left him there alone and was not concerned at all. The garage door has worked perfectly.

Garage door was having problems. After checking it out found a broken spring. Called Precision on Monday morning to set up an appointment. They said they would have someone here between 2 and 4pm on the same day. Well the tech called back before noon and advised he finished early and if OK would be here earlier. 30 minutes after call he was on site. After explaining the options available he was done in about an hour. Fast, Clean and Friendly. Would I call them again... YES. Tech knew what he was doing and would answer questions in a very professional manner.

From start to finish, we had a very good experience. They were all very professional, polite and accommodating. Gary came out to give us a quote and look at our old garage door.
