Woke up this morning to a garage door that wouldn't open. Reached out to Precision online. They scheduled an appointment that afternoon. The tech, Tyler, called to let us know he could come earlier if that was okay with us. Tyler was prompt, skilled, friendly, and very professional. He finished the job quickly, explaining what he was doing and why. He also told us about other products which we might find helpful. We are planning to install a new garage door within the year, and we are certain that we will go with Precision.

But when the service person, Tyler, came out to assess and complete the job, I formed my own opinion on this awesome company. You were local while the others I saw were from ABQ. I was quoted about $139 for the weatherstripping I needed and when the technician was done, my bill was 300+. I was disappointed at how he was unable to use some of the existing parts to fix what I needed. In the end I paid $297 for weatherstripping and was very upset about that. The technician did however secure a Triple A discount for me. The technician was professional all the way. Nothing but good things to say about the technician- I just think $300 god weatherstripping was over the top.

I called because my garage door did not close properly. I called at about 9 am and was able to get somebody to come out that afternoon. He came right on time, was very professional, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner. Replaced rollers and some other parts, lubricated everything, and explained things to me in a way that I understood it. The door seems to be working just fine now. As far as cost goes, I don't know if it was high, low, or average, but compared with what other people I know have paid, it seemed just about in the middle. I would not hesitate to call Precision again.

He called prior to arrival, arrived when he said he would, and kept me informed as to the inspection results, and provided options on what needed repairing. After I decided on an option, he had everything ready in his truck so he was able to perform the work on the spot and not come back. My garage door needed repair. It would not open around 10:45am. I called Precision Door service and was given an appointment time the same day between 1200am to 200pm. Tyler called around 11:45 and was here befor noon. He is super nice and efficient. He checked everything out and then gave me options.
