I couldn't be more pleased that I contacted Precision Garage Door Service. My Technician, Fernando Sotelo, was very pleasant, informative, courteous, professional, and respectful! I cannot say enough about him. You definitely have an outstanding employee there! You better hang on to that one!! He got busy and took care of the repairs that were needed. If I should need assistance again in the future, I would not hesitate to contact your service and I would definitely asked that Fernando to be the Technician.

I've used Precision Garage Door Service when the builder of my house who built my home in 2008 used their services for houses being built in Villa Sonata. I've continued with their service till today, 7/25/2024. I find their services honest, prompt, efficient and priced fairly. Any technician sent to my home would let me know that he is on the way by giving me a courtesy call which I find useful. The technician who comes to service or to do repairs are competent, answers my questions, professional & courteous. I feel I can trust the technician.

Fernando was awesome! We had everything replaced except the actual garage door. He did everything with speed and accuracy (very clean work), very impressed! Precision installed a new garage door and opener motor in February 2024 and came out to check on an issue I was having. The technician --I believe Fernando--examined everything and found all in good working order. The issue might have been caused by debris I had subsequently removed that may have triggered the safety mechanism. Excellent experience in both transactions with Precision and I am so glad to have discovered the firm through its high ratings.

I just can't rave enough about this company - fabulous customer service - from scheduling to installation. Fernando installed a new garage door opener as well as performed general maintenance on the garage door system. He was polite, professional, took the time to explain the new system, programmed my car to the new opener and cleaned up after himself. 100 stars!

Fernando was our technician and he did a great job on a 20 year old motor. He told me exactly what he was doing and what to expect from the tune up. He could have sold me a new motor, but felt it was worth trying to make the necessary adjustments before making the larger financial investment. This gave me time to save up $$$ for when the motor would no longer be repaired. Fernando was polite and completed adjustments in a timely manner. Great service. Thank you.
