I had called another company before I called yours and they promised to call me back shortly....That was 4 hours ago and still no call. When I didn't receive a call within 15 minutes I called you. You were prompt and professional, and I received a call from Gary within 15 minutes and within another 10 minutes he was here. He was professional, courteous, and wasted no time in fixing the spring on the door to PRECISION and explaining all that he did to my complete satisfaction. And I felt that for an emergency repair on a holiday weekend, the cost was very reasonable. I will use only your company in the future and I am already referring friends and family to Precision. I googled and found this website. I liked the layout and all the reviews posted for individual technicians. Our tech was Gary, and he arrived early, inspected our aging garage door opener, and recommended two alternatives for fixing the problem. We chose one, and after about an hour of work, it was done. He explained all the bells and whistles in detail. So far it works beautifully. Gary himself is an engaging, extroverted young man who inspires confidence. Good experience.

Gary had replaced my opener last summer, and did a splendid job. The entire door mechanism came with the original house, and is now over 30 years old. When the spring broke, I naturally called Precision to fix things.

5 Stars for Precision. Our springs on our door busted last night and we could not open the door to get our cars out. I called at 7:00 am and Gary Lang was out by 9:00 am. Repairs completed. Our garage door opening mechanism decided to break on a Saturday evening. We were anxious, as we couldn't even get the garage door to close. I called your phone number, talked to your secretary, and within about an hour your technician (Gary) arrived. He was very courteous, professional and worked hard and efficiently. And he explained to us how everything works. We purchased the package with two new springs, remote controllers, new rollers and hardware, a digital keypad transmitter, and a super quiet belt drive motor--and everything with a lifetime warranty (we like the sound of that).
