Fast service and couldn't be happier with the job done. The old opener was here when we bought the house and it was mfg. in 2002 so that was pretty good. It was noisy for the last few years but the new opener is very quiet and has more features than the old one and all safety features work as they should. Also got an outside keypad that we didn't have before so that's nice to have if needed and it is still has security features build in. Gary was our tech and nothing but professional and completely capable with the job at hand, fast and did a great install and covered all of the operation and features of the new unit. Learned a long time ago you get what you pay for, especially in New Mexico.

Gary came on a Sunday morning to repair a broken spring. Appointment time was at 8 am. He called at 7:45 to say he was on the way and arrived just before 8. I am having remodeling done at the house so the garage is filled with pallets of material and you can hardly move in it. Gary worked around all the obstacles and had the repair done in a little less than 45 minutes. He explained what was wrong and what was needed to solve the problem. Gary was very professional and personable, I will recommend him to any one who needs garage door help.

Service on Saturday got my business initially and the prompt and courteous expertise will keep me as a loyal customer. Just the other day I pulled an "oops" by leaving my rake propped against the back bumper of the car. Pushed the button and groaned as the melee shot the rake onto the sensor onto the floor, dismantled. I tried to put it back together, 0 success. I called in the morning when my garage door stopped working. I got an appointment in the afternoon and when the technician knew he would be late, due to work on another job, he called me to reschedule, called when on the way and again when he was 15 minutes away. That is customer service! In addition he quickly found and fixed the problem and identified it as a warranty issue. We will be calling this company next spring when we upgrade the other garage door.

Gary Lang called and said he was a little early for the appointment and we told him to come on up. We lost our 2 door openers and wanted a new set of openers and keypad modification. He explained for security the new openers worked on a revolving combination. He set our system to receive the openers and explained how to use the openers. He even replaced a light bulb in the overhead garage unit. He was very pleasant and told us that if we have any trouble to call. The whole operation took about 30 minutes.
