Hi my name is Jeffrey Peres. I was born and raised on the military base of Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Island. I came to the states when I was 13 years old. I spent most of my youth and adulthood in Las Vegas NM. I now live in Rio Rancho with my beautiful wife and 3 beautiful children. I’ve worked varieties of trades and found my love working as a garage door technician. I have 10 plus years in the Industry. I take pride in my work and enjoy solving any problems customers may have.

My whole garage door was repaired by Jeff Peres. He showed up on time and was very professional. He explained what was wrong with my garage door and how he was going to fix it. The door works beautifully now and is much quieter. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Technician Jeffrey arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and was prepared to install a new garage door opener immediately. He had all of the parts and assembly ready to go. The technician noticed several issues in need of correction when he inspected our garage door system (originally installed by Precision in 2015). He completed a total overhaul by upgrading the springs, replacing some worn hinges and rollers, adding additional supports across the inside of the door, and replacing other old components. He also gave instruction on how to properly maintain the system. We appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness and now feel much safer from the work he did.

Jeff Peres arrived at my house, at the scheduled time, to free my vehicle from a captive garage. Jeff immediately noticed the problem, a broken spring on the garage door. After a quick review of the whole situation, he explained to me the options. We settled on a quick, and possibly temporary fix, and he began the work. The garage door and opener were already installed when we purchased the house 21 years ago. The work was completed in a very timely manner. Jeff cleaned up the garage and lubricated the rollers and double checked that everything was working and proceeded to his next appointment. Jeff was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and Precision to anyone needed garage door attention.

Have used Precision before for garage door service and had a very good experience. Today Jeff Peres did the repair on my door. He was very professional and friendly. He explained what needed to be done and what it would cost before doing the repair. He worked efficiently and showed me what he had done when he was finished. Jeff Peres is a Superb Ambassador for Precision Garage Doors. I knew once he arrived at our house that he was a true professional; he was following Covid Protocol, he listened patiently as I explained what our garage door was doing and then he logically followed troubleshooting techniques that corrected our problem with the door. The tech guy was very polite and very helpful. He was not just interested in making a quick sell. He was interested in providing the best option for me. Instead of replacing the door, he advised me to get it repaired and the repair work came with a 3 year warranty. I was very happy to go with Precision as doing so I saved hundreds of dollars. Precision is such an appropriate name for a business that dies ace work.

Jeff Peres responded to my request for inspection & possible service of my home Garage Door opener. Arrived on time, listened attentively, to my concerns about the existing opener. After examination of the opener, He recommended a new opener and some upgrades to the door tracks. He explained reasons for his recommendations in detail. Tech Jeff Peres was super nice, efficient and professional, did a great job replacing my garage door opener and additional sensors. I do not think you will want to share this review. On 10/4 your techs came by to fix my door opener. They returned on 10/5 because they did not get it right the first time. While here the tech noted that I needed work on my garage door. He said the install was subpar (your son installed the door and opener on 5/18/18). The work was done and I was presented with a bill of $761.89. $300 more than the quote. Clearily you are price gauging. I will not speak poorly of your firm but, if asked by friends, family or neighbors, I will advise them to choose another vendor based on this experience.

Our doors needed new bottom rubber seals. Technicians (Geoff and Joe) did a good job and were very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough, also gave us a lot of tips on our garage door maintenance.

I appreciate that your technicians were able to come fix my garage the same day I called. The spring broke and I was unable to open the garage door so my car was trapped inside. The techs were friendly and seemed to do a good job replacing the spring and the bar, bearings, drum, and a strut for reinforcement of the door. It was a lot to fix but now I have new parts and a 5 year warranty. Thank you Precision!

From the time when we called Precision Door after the spring broke ad we could not open and my wife's care was stuck in the Garage and the Technician arrived was approximately three hours. The technician took less than 1/2 an to fix the and then less than 1/2 hour to replace all the moving parts. We had purchased the door over ten years ago and the parts needed replacing. Everyone we talked to were very nice and the technician was well trained and was very knowledgeable and efficient beside being very pleasant and polite.
