Frankie and Matt arrived at my home promptly in the morning. They listened to my issues, concerns and needs before adequately assessing the situation with my garage door. They gave me two very clear estimates and allowed me to choose which worked best for me. They then completed the job within the hour and gave me instructions on maintenance. I called the office to schedule a routine inspection and service call, fully expecting to wait a couple of weeks to get on their schedule. She told me that they had a tech in Santa Fe that could swing by between four and six today to do the service work. Lorenzo called me shortly after and said he could be there earlier if I would be around. He showed up promptly, was very courteous, and did all the work needed and even adjusted some of the brackets that were a little off. I am a retired builder and would highly recommend precision door to anyone looking for top quality overhead doors. Gary runs a service oriented business, which unfortunately is rare these days.
