Garage broke on Sunday. Technician came out that afternoon within a two hour call for service. technician was gary. EXCELLENT SERVICE>>> Fees were reasonable and he did the job within one hour. Springs were broken and Garage was pretty beat up. He fixed it and told me how to maintenance it and gave me some estimates for the future if i wanted to upgrade. great service....

This is the 3rd time that Gary Lang has helped us. We were having problems with the garage door intermittently opening only about 18 inches. Gary diagnosed and corrected the problem. We discussed replacing the garage door opener with a Liftmaster unit. I decided to go ahead with the replacement. Gary installed the belt drive Liftmaster opener, checked it out, and then gave us a tutorial on its features and operations. As always, Gary was efficient and thorough. Gary was very thorough in trouble shooting my garage door which was working on and off. He went above and beyond the required job by replacing a lightbulb in the unit and setting the garage door opener. Hopefully I'll get 3-5 more years out if the motor but if not I would like to request him coming out when I need a replacement. Thank you for excellent service.

Our existing garage door opener was mis-behaving. We arranged for a technician who quickly confirmed that the problem was with the opener and then provided several options. We chose to replace the opener (plus the rollers). The work was done quickly, about one hour, and the new opener had many more and better features. All this at a very reasonable price. Definitely 5 stars!

Gary was awesome! He responded promptly and called when he was 20 minutes away and communicated what he was doing at every turn. He was thorough and informative and very, very neat about his work and cleanup afterwards. Our garage door was hanging half on/half off and we were pleasantly surprised that someone could be scheduled so quickly on a holiday weekend. Gary and Precision - you rock!
