Our old\noisy garage door opener finally stopped working. Called Precision Doors for servicing and they sent a tech (Frankie) out that afternoon. He thoroughly inspected all mechanical aspects of the garage door and opener and presented a very reasonable estimate for a new belt drive opener and door repair with no pressure to upsell the service. He was on-time and finished within a few hours. Excellent service, thanks Frankie!

Frankie the tech was GREAT. MY PROBLEM is with Genie. This is the second opener that had to be changed out due to defective (plastic) gear that broke inside the opener. I would have paid the extra $ for more robust openers.

My garage door would not open. I contacted another company and they couldn’t come out for two to three days. I searched on Google for a local company and the Precision Garage Door ad stated “same day service”. They live up to their claim. Frankie showed up within 2 hours of me calling them. He immediately performed a 28 point inspection and diagnosed the problem. I ended up purchasing a new belt drive system, replacing the noisy chain drive. We are extremely pleased with the new opener and with Frankie’s knowledge and personality. I highly recommend this professional company!!

I called Percision this morning because my garage door would not open. THey sent out a technican Frankie L. to check on the problem in less than an hour. Frankie came in and saw the problem in about 1 min and explained to me what had happen. Then we talked about what was needed to complete the job and he also took care of some other issues to keep my garage door running smoothly and he even set my remote to work in my car. Love that idea in case I forget my remote I have one in the car. He was very friendly and professional. He did the work as he stated that needed to be done and did not try to pick out things I didn't need. I appreciate that in a good business company. Me and my mom are both happy.

When both elderly garage door springs snapped (i.e. sprung apart), everything that needed replacing was replaced and as good as new the very next day. Oh man!! Precision Door was so good after I hit my door backing out of the garage. Frankie was the best!! He came out to do a quote quickly. Told me my different options. He was able to get the parts the same day! He even helped install the door even though he's now a technician and not an installer. I couldn't have asked for better service with such kindness!
