Hi my name is Jeffrey Peres. I was born and raised on the military base of Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Island. I came to the states when I was 13 years old. I spent most of my youth and adulthood in Las Vegas NM. I now live in Rio Rancho with my beautiful wife and 3 beautiful children. I’ve worked varieties of trades and found my love working as a garage door technician. I have 10 plus years in the Industry. I take pride in my work and enjoy solving any problems customers may have.

The employee who assisted with my garage door repairs did an excellent job. He explained the issues and the needed repairs clearly, and in language that I could understand. He was polite and professional. The garage door has not worked this well in several years. And so much quieter! I would certainly use Precision for any future repair/care for my garage door.

Great service. Easy to call and schedule. Reasonable call out fee. They let you pick the best time for you and let you know when they're on the way. Jeff was friendly and fast. We did have to call them out a second time to fix an issue and the second experience lived up to expectation. They had no problems working with our home warranty company. I would recommend and/or use again.

Your company replaced my garage door springs when one of them broke several years ago. You did outstanding work so naturally you were the first company I would contact. Your technician was thorough in his troubleshooting and quickly found a defective drive gear. This gentleman was friendly and a pleasure to be in my house. This is the second time we've had to call them out for a garage door emergency, and both times they provided quick and efficient same day service. Very fair pricing for parts and labor. Our door is about 35 years old and they have not tried to get us to replace it, they keep it working just fine with new parts and repairs. When we DO decide to replace it for any reason, we'll definitely call Precision!
