Hello! My name is Tony Acker. I am a proud lifelong citizen of Albuquerque, NM. I completed my Automotive Technology diploma with WyoTech in Laramie, Wyoming and went on to spend 8 years in the automotive industry, restoring and building high-performance classic cars in Austin, Texas, and Albuquerque. Restoring a classic car from the ground up instilled in me, attention to detail, the value of quality products, and excellence in craftsmanship. Precision offers the same quality and craftsmanship in all its parts and services and I’m excited to be a part of the team. To quote Henry Ford, quality means doing it right when no one is looking. I will not EVER use any other garage door company than Precision. Tony was here two hours early, which is AWESOME, and fixed brackets that were coming off my door and not obviously allowing the door to open. Works like new. Took Tony no time to safety check and fix, and prices were great! He even changed our light bulb in the opener. Use them. You will be happy you did!!

On May14 2021 I needed service for my garage door which did not close anymore. I was promised that a service person would come at a certain time frame. The young man, Tony, did arrive promptly. After a brief discussion he went to work and repaired the garage door. Tony did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with the work and in the timely manner he did it. I'm passing on your companies information to my neighborhood.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Tony Acker of Precision Door Service yesterday. He texted me that he was going to arrive sooner than expected and included his picture in the text for identification. His work was first rate, and fast, with no pressure to purchase upgrades (although I did). He was courteous, explained the work he was preforming and wore a Covid mask throughout the repair. Precision has my business for life.

My garage opener was not closing. The service rep determined the problem and reviewed options with me. I decided to have the unit replaced. The service rep installed the motor, a new key pad and movement sensor to turn the lite on and programed two openers for me. He was very efficient and did a great job. I paid a premium price, but I felt it was a good value. Very happy with with the job.

We love our new garage door opener, it is so quiet and of better quality then what we had. The old one was driven by chain, wore out and the door fell almost hitting me, it was indeed time for a new one.
