I had a remote that quit due to being worn out and called to get a replacement. The young lady that set up my appointment was extremely helpful and gave me an appointment the same afternoon. Tyler called in advance and arrived on the dot. In a half hour I had my new remote and it was programmed into my car. Both garage doors were checked, lubricated and tightened. Called Precision for door repair because they installed the door 2 years ago and I was very happy with their service. I appreciate that they provide info re: the technician they are sending and that the tech calls when they are on their way.
