First call was late on Friday night when I had accidently backed into the door damaging it enough that it would not close. Rudy responded quickly, calling me back within 10 minutes to let me know what time he would arrive. He was able to repair the door enough to get it closed and helped me select a replacement door. He showed up at the appointed time to install the replacement and quickly removed the old door and installed the new one. He was friendly and professional at all times.

Rudy was very thorough in explaining what was broken and what the repair options were. Seemed pretty expensive but the lifetime warranty was what sold me on the complete repair package. Your technician /service person came to my home and resolved nothing. They told my wife they didn't have the replacement spring to fix my garage door and that they would send and estimate for a new door.Never heard from them again...so I guess I am going to head over to Lowes or some operation like that and price doors. I was directed to Precision looking for someone to repair my old LiftMaster. The website was very convincing. I called and they scheduled a repairman for the very next day. Rudy and his assistant showed up right on time and we made the decision to replace our old equipment. Rudy was efficient, courteous and thorough. My garage door would not close and I called my usual service company for help; regretfully, they are no longer my service company! They had no time to help for a week. I checked the Yellow Pages and found Precision. They came same day; I got a new garage door opener and I couldn't be happier. Technically my old opener was obsolete and I'm happy I replaced it. The new one is quiet and has many great features. The service people were knowledgeable and very easy to work with during the diagnosis and explanation of replacement. Garage doors can't stay open for a week while you wait for service.....call Precision! I did!
