My name is Joseph Dillon. I was born and raised in Farmington, New Mexico. I moved to Albuquerque in early 2000. I spent 16 years in the casino industry doing everything from slots, table games, casino host, and Casino Manager. I now enjoy working in the Garage Door industry. 5 star! I chose Precision Garage Door because the person answering the phone was polite and knowledgeable. When I called back for service and explained we needed service right away they told me exactly when I would be contacted. They were here when they said they would be. The service from Joe was great. Price was very reasonable! I won’t use another garage door company.

This is the second time I have used Precision to service my garage door. The first time was when I first moved into my home and the garage door was not closing properly. They were able to quickly diagnose my problem (the rails were not in alignment) and corrected it very quickly. This time mice had chewed through the rubber striping at the bottom of the door. Again it was quickly and efficiently repaired. I'm a very satisfied customer.

I loved that they were available to come fix my garage door on the weekend! Because nothing ever breaks during the week. The technician was very courteous, professional and knew what the problem was and how to fix it. And he didn't try to upsell me into a new garage door. I will definitely call Precision again.
