When my garage door went out last year I had to do some fast research. I chose Precision because they seemed to have the most flexible hours of operation. They really catered to the customer's needs. Just yesterday when the motor went out on my garage door opener, I called Precision immediately because they did such a great job a year earlier. Since my husband passed away 3 yrs ago, I have had to learn to deal with all of the home repairs in my household. He was the ultimate handy man so I never worried about this kind of stuff. Precision has helped to make difficult situations manageable.

Used the yellow pages to request estimates. Ad was very professional. Mr. Lang provided a reasonable cost and set the appt. Installer (Kevin) was also very professional. Right on time and had the door and opener installed faster than I had anticipated. He's a good salesman too. Talked me into a new opener. All together, a great job.

Gary Lang is the best! He was punctual and listened to what my needs were. Gary replaced my dead garage door opener with a new and fully functional unit including a new control pad in the garage. Our garage door rollers and cable came off the tracks on Friday evening and we had one of your technicians at our home by 10 am Saturday to fix the problems. We were presented three options and repair work was completed by noon on Saturday. We appreciated weekend service with no extra charge, having your phone number answered by a real person, and getting a friendly and professional technician (Gary) who was on time, knew what he was doing and fixed the garage door. I wasn't expecting the bill to be as much as it was when I called, but I have to admit that for once I didn't resent writing such a fat check because I felt having a lifetime warranty on work that was done right the first time was worth it.
