Saturday July 20 at 3:30 PM. Mainspring broke. Could not open the garage door. Called Precision at 4:30 PM. They could have a man here Sunday 8:00-10:00 AM. Man showed up at 8:20 AM. Diagnosed problem. Prepared 3 quotes, basic, mid-upper level, upper level. I accepted hybrid mid-upper w/some upper level options. Man started word 8:50 AM, completed 9:30 AM. Even though it was a Sunday this was a routine service call, nothing special because it was a Sunday. Could not ask for anything better.
