Garage door was having problems. After checking it out found a broken spring. Called Precision on Monday morning to set up an appointment. They said they would have someone here between 2 and 4pm on the same day. Well the tech called back before noon and advised he finished early and if OK would be here earlier. 30 minutes after call he was on site. After explaining the options available he was done in about an hour. Fast, Clean and Friendly. Would I call them again... YES. Tech knew what he was doing and would answer questions in a very professional manner.

6 Stars!! When the spring broke on my garage door, I knew I needed to secure service quickly. Your website, with its informative videos, professional appearance and 24/7 service quickly got my attention. Within 24 hours Rudy arrived with his cheerful smile and efficient knowledge. Along with the door repair, Rudy explained the improved rollers (sealed bearings)which I chose to do. I inquired for a replacing of the bottom seal, and Rudy went above and beyond to assure the new seal was a good tight fit when closed-especially at the corners. I live in a rural area, so this is important with the variety of nature looking for shelter! I enjoyed visiting with Rudy about his family, camping, how long he has worked with you, and the best pizza in the region right here in Edgewood! I will highly recommend your company and greatly appreciate your (his) expertise and professionalism. Thank you!
