I had the great opportunity of having Will come to my home to service my garage door. I was rather irate because the previous service man did not address my concerns about the door and did a "quick fix". Will, however, listened to my issues that I was still having. He did a thorough inspection and addressed the problems. He fixed everything that was needed and when he finished, went over all the repairs he had done. He was very courteous and professional. Will is a tremendous asset to the company and deserves to be recognized as a great employee and person. I will continue to be a loyal customer because of my experience with Will.

We just bought a house which was bank-owned, and the previous owners had taken the garage door opener with them. What I did not know was that the springs were also broken. Craig was very professional and quickly determined what was needed. He installed a new opener along with the spring system in just a couple hours. This belt-driven system is the quietest garage opener I've heard, and even slows down just before it gets to the fully-open or fully-closed position, to avoid extra wear and tear.

The technician that came to my home, on SUNDAY (!), was Gary. He called ahead of time, arrived when he said he would, and presented himself in a professional and friendly manner. I'd recommend Precision any day. From the initial salesman, installation of garage door AND opener system, and recent technician call-outs, they have been superb. Instructive, conscientious, etc. 8 yr ago was installation. This was my FIRST problem in 2014....and it involved the alignment of the safety (laser beam eye) mechanism due to cracking of the wood where the eye bracket was installed, which allowed the laser eye to misalign.

Called about a broken spring. Door was so old we replaced it for only 30% more than the cost of repairs. One technician replaced our door in a single afternoon. We appreciated receiving a picture of the technician scheduled for our job so we could recognize him when he arrived. On time and cleaned up nicely after the work was completed.

Rudy was knowledgeable and not only performed the appropriate repair service on the opener, but advised me on the importance of installing an exterior mounted release for the garage door since there are no other entrances into the garage in the event the opener fails. I am the new owner of a house in which there was a sticker from your company. From the time that I called, to the time a technician showed up was very fast and my concern was dealt with promptly! My only regret is that I forgot to ask (and the technician didn't address) the gap in the garage door seal at the bottom of the door (a rubber or plastic piece). I had noticed that there was a significant gap before and another workman had also pointed it out to me, but I didn't have a chance to bring it up to your company. When the wind blows (as it does here in Albuquerque!), a lot of wind comes into the garage. I would still like to have that problem fixed if you contact customers based on these surveys!
