5 Star! We had our 23 year old Garage door opener replaced as it no longer worked. It has been 6 years since we had the out Precision for repair service. To our surprise, it was Lorenzo, the same service representative we had 6 years ago. He called 15 minutes before our service appointment and arrived on time. He did an excellent job, just like the first time. He did the job a lot faster than we expected. He then explained the workings of our new equipment, answered our questions and went on His way. He did a wonderful job and is an excellent representative for his company. 5 Star!

I called late afternoon to schedule an appointment to have a broken spring replaced and was pleasantly surprised to be scheduled the very next day. Ten minutes prior to my appointment window, I received a text from the service tech saying he would be there on time. The text was more than that. It included a brief personal bio and a photo. I thought that was a great idea! Lorenzo Herrera showed up and promptly did the work. He had come out before and it was a pleasure talking with him. Not only was he professional and efficient, he was very friendly in our conversation. I don't often meet people of his genuine nature, so I consider it a blessing when I do. He is an asset to your organization who is very professional and personable. It was a stressful day since our garage door remote was stolen from my vehicle and safety of my home was first and foremost on my mind. You had Lorenzo out there within less then 2 hours from the time I called. I received a text message when he was just about to my house as well as a phone call.
